Types of Training
ONE on ONE Training
This is the perfect place to start if you are new to fitness or just getting back into exercise. I highly recommend you start with private training sessions if you have orthopedic issues, have unique fitness goals, or you want deeper and optimal results. Most of my clients meet with me one or two times a week. Many combine a private training sessions with 1-2 large group or small group sessions a week.
Partner Training
Want to get fit with friends or people with similar goals and fitness levels? This is the type of training for you. Not only is training with a small group of 2-4 people extremely motivating, you get plenty of individual attention, and you get a discount on session price. Economical and fun health care! These sessions are by appointment.
Large Group Training
Are you ready for great workouts, real results, consistency, accountability, and comradely of like-minded people? Large group training is for you.

REAL AGE REDUCTION
Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 9:05 AM-9:55 AM
Tuesday, Thursday from 9:30 AM-10:20 AM
REAL AGE REDUCTION is my current large group training class. These sessions are designed for people aged 45+. In every session clients go through a rotation of exercises designed to increase strength, cardiovascular fitness, balance, core strength, posture, and functional fitness. As the session is conducted, I am there providing motivation, checking form, offering progressions and modifications. These sessions produce much better results than machine based training. Why? You will be given functional training exercises that have a much better transfer to real life situations.
